Use when the owner, the Recruiter's sweep or a daily check starts a mail pass (mail_intake.py), right after reply batches go out, or when the owner asks whether anyone wrote back: pull new Gmail, classify it, route replies, record application events, flag invites and offers.

# Gmail sync (mail triage) Owner: mail-triage (card `agents/mail-triage.md`). Tier: T0 to read, T1 to write records; hold requests are approval files. Every pass watches mail on each submitted application and replies from pursuit contacts. Passes run when the owner, the Recruiter's morning sweep or a daily check starts them (see the charter; hourly once the owner turns on js-mail-intake). Two modes: `sweep` (scripts only) and `review` (the L3 queue, queued matches, prose invites, audit). Today is !`date +%F`. ## Inputs Work from the user's data folder (`$JAJA_DATA`). 1. The mode (from the brief or the owner); `python3 scripts/gmail_pull.py status`. 2. The Gmail read token on the Mac, or the Gmail connector's read tools in a cloud run. 3. For matching: `applications/*/application.md` (thread_ids, titles), `jobs/*.md` (req ids, URLs), `prospects/*.md`, `outbox/*.md` (approved email items). ## Outputs - Harvest and classified files under `state/harvest/`; L3 answers; `state/mail-events.jsonl` (only through `mail_events.py add`); `state/review/mail-<date>.md`; hold requests in `work/approvals/` (only through the scripts); …

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
