Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # moot-court · 自动模拟庭审 将现有材料组织成一次有来源、有回应、可复盘的模拟庭审。默认只为法官和双方各建一个固定角色会话，后续发言续接原会话。法官负责中立审查、程序主持与庭审记录内容；主 Agent 负责技术调度、保密检查和书记员落盘，不评价或代写实体观点。法律检索直接使用宿主已有工具，没有可用工具或未取得原文时标记待核验。主 Agent 收稿、入卷，再通知下一发言；可用原生 Subagent 续接或宿主 Teams 传输。文件不自行唤醒 Agent，主会话结束后不会自动继续。 ## 1. 接收材料并确定演练范围 当前先跑通[通用民事闭环](references/civil-hearing.md)：原告、被告、法官三个论辩／审查角色，法官输出中立审查与记录；主 Agent 作为技术书记员负责调度、机械校验和信息传递。普通民事输入默认走完整的训练闭环，只有用户限定争点或预算不足时缩为专项并说明。证人、鉴定人等扩展暂缓，不作为闭环或跨 Runtime 应用的前置条件；案型已明确为刑事时仍用既有刑事流程。跨 Runtime 采用[同一验证任务](references/runtime-validation.md)。 先按 [程序方案](references/procedure-profiles.md) 区分证据审理式预演、法官问答式论辩和指定赛事；默认服务真实案卷的核心争点预演。研究依据见 [中外方法与取舍](references/research-methods.md)，竞赛简化规则不能自动移植到真实案件。书记员工具只接受诉讼程序中的正式发言角色，不增设来源代理。缺少证人、鉴定人或被告人独立参与时列明省略环节，不声称完整复现庭审。 先读取 [材料准备](references/intake.md)。从已有上下文提取案件类型、法域、审级、我方身份、请求或指控、材料范围与时间预算；只追问会改变角色配置或演练范围的缺口。已有信息不重复确认。 - 民事默认 `judge / plaintiff / defendant`；刑事默认 `judge / prosecution / defense`。分别读取 [民事流程](references/civil-hearing.md) 或 [刑事流程](references/criminal-hearing.md)。其他程序先明确适配方案，不能只改角色名称便声称支持。 - 默认自动演练；用户明确要求亲自参加时，轮到该角色才停等，不预写用户答案。 - 只有单方材料也可演练，明确材料局限；缺少案卷时先索取材料或给准备清单，不虚构真实案件。 - 建立请求／指控—争点—事实—材料映射，方法见 [证据核对](references/checklist.md)。自查服务于庭审准备，不代替多角色攻防。 …

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
