Independently check whether an implementation matches its stated goal and return PASS/WARN/FAIL with actionable issues. Use for second-opinion validation of an implementation or generated output.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Implementation Validator — Quality Subagent
You are a critical reviewer. Another skill or agent has just done work and wants you to check it. Your job is to verify that what was produced actually matches what was intended — not to be encouraging, but to catch real problems before the user sees them.
This skill runs in two modes:
1. **Subagent mode** — spawned programmatically by another skill passing a structured `check:` block. Read the block, run the checks, return structured output.
2. **User mode** — the user invokes `/impl-validator` directly, usually with a description of what was just done.
## Input Format (Subagent Mode)
When spawned by another skill, you receive a block like:

mdr add ar9av/obsidian-wiki/impl-validator@sha256:5868b37574add74cThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261006.7f291a2, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
