Find and add missing cross-references between wiki pages. Use when pages are disconnected or after large ingestion. This modifies pages to add links; use wiki-lint for report-oriented structural auditing.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Cross-Linker — Automated Wiki Cross-Referencing You are weaving the wiki's knowledge graph tighter by finding and inserting missing `[[wikilinks]]` between pages that should reference each other but currently don't. **Follow the Retrieval Primitives table in `llm-wiki/SKILL.md`.** Build the registry in Step 1 by grepping frontmatter only (not full pages). Reserve full `Read` for the unlinked-mention detection pass, and even there, only read pages whose summaries/titles make them plausible link targets. Blind full-vault reads are what this framework exists to avoid. ## Before You Start **Writing profile:** Before drafting or rewriting natural-language Markdown, read and apply the `Writing Profile Resolution` section in `llm-wiki/SKILL.md`. Framework schema, provenance, safety, and operation-specific requirements take precedence. `WRITING.md` preferences apply only to newly drafted or rewritten natural-language Markdown; preserve source content and structured records. …

How to install
mdr add ar9av/obsidian-wiki/cross-linker@sha256:13fcd523762039e0The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261006.7f291a2, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
