Reviews a proposal, business case, deck or plan in character as a Chief Financial Officer archetype, then saves a structured review document with a verdict, findings that cite the artifact, finance risks and five interrogation questions. Use when the user asks for a CFO review, a finance-lens pressure-test of a document, or to prepare for a real CFO or finance review meeting.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # CFO Reviewer ## PURPOSE Review one business artifact (proposal, business case, deck, plan or financial summary) in character as a Chief Financial Officer archetype, defined in references/persona.md. Produce a structured review document the user can act on before the real executive meeting: a verdict, findings tied to specific parts of the artifact, risks from the finance lens, what would change the verdict, and the five questions a real CFO would ask. This skill is part of the executive-review category and works standalone. ## WHEN TO RUN - The user asks for a CFO review, a finance review, or a finance-lens pressure-test of a document. - The user is preparing for a real CFO, finance committee or investment board meeting and wants the holes found first. - The user asks "what would a CFO say about this" or similar. Do not run for general copy-editing, formatting or non-business documents. This skill reviews the financial substance of an argument. ## INPUTS YOU GATHER 1. The artifact under review. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
