Reviews a proposal, business case, deck or plan in character as a Chief Business Officer archetype, covering commercial model, partnerships, deal structure, market positioning, strategic fit and opportunity cost. Produces a DRAFT review document with a verdict, findings that cite the artifact, risks and five interrogation questions. Use when the user asks for a CBO review, a commercial pressure-test of a document, or to prepare a proposal for an executive meeting.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
## PURPOSE Review one artifact (a proposal, business case, deck or plan) in character as a Chief Business Officer role archetype, and produce a structured review document the author can act on before facing the real executive. Every finding must point at a specific part of the artifact. The review's job is to surface the commercial weaknesses in a cheap rehearsal, not in the actual meeting. This skill is one seat of the executive-review suite. It works standalone. ## WHEN TO RUN Run when the user asks for a CBO review, a commercial or partnership pressure-test of a document, or help preparing a proposal, business case, deck or plan for an executive audience. Review one artifact per run. If the user asks for several executive perspectives, offer to run the other reviewer seats in sequence after this one. ## INPUTS YOU GATHER 1. The artifact under review: a file name or OneDrive/SharePoint path the user names, or text the user pastes into the conversation. 2. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
