Summarize all zforge feature plans, phase counts, and standing flags in the current workspace.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Workspace Feature Status
Scan for all feature plans under the **current working directory** and display their status.
## Process
1. Search for all `05_progress_overview.md` files under the current working directory using Glob: `**/docs/*/05_progress_overview.md`
2. For each found file:
- Extract the feature name from the directory path
- Read the file and parse the phase summary table and the **Standing Flags** section
- Count: total phases, completed, running, pending, and open standing flags
3. Display a summary table:

**A feature with every phase complete and an open standing flag is not Complete.** Show it as `Flagged` with the flag count — the whole point of tracking flags is that they survive the run ending.

How to install
mdr add langerrr/zforge/plan-status@sha256:1c7f4da2bff8fd3cThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260905.3087846, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
