This skill should be used when the user asks to "retro", "evaluate zforge", "review plugin performance", "score this session", or wants to assess how well zforge's workflow served a feature. Evaluates zforge's workflow scaffolding, not the project's technical decisions or LLM reasoning quality.

# Zforge Retro
Evaluate zforge's workflow performance on a feature. The output is for improving the zforge plugin itself — not for project documentation or tracking.
## Run
1. Convert the requested feature name to snake_case.
2. Read `docs/{feature_name}/session_log.md`. If it is missing or has no entries, stop with: "No session history to evaluate. Run the retro at the end of a working session."
3. Read `docs/{feature_name}/decision_review.md` §B when present. These live process notes are the primary input.
4. Confirm this conversation contains substantial work on the feature. If this is a fresh session with no relevant implementation context, stop with: "Run the retro at the end of a working session, not in a fresh one."
5. Create `docs/{feature_name}/.zforge-retro/` and write the result to `{session_id}.md` using the output contract below.
6. Report the overall score, actionable findings, and any changes worth contributing to zforge.
## Scope Boundary
Zforge is a **workflow plugin**, not a thinking framework. Retro judges:
- Templates, file structure, conventions
- Phase scaffolding, the report and recovery contracts

How to install
mdr add langerrr/zforge/retro@sha256:3d1978f0d50ac140The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260824.bc32f51, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
