Sie kostet den Arbeitgeber eine Woche und ein sorgfältiges Schreiben; ihr Fehlen kostet ihn den Prozess, unabhängig davon, wie gut der Kündigungsgrund ist (§ 102 Abs. 1 S. 3 BetrVG).
