Er adressiert die Ermittlung des Auseinandersetzungsguthabens, den **Auskunftsanspruch** nach § 49 LwAnpG, die **Verjährung** nach § 51a LwAnpG sowie das Verfahren vor dem **Landwirtschaftsgericht** (§ 9 LwVG i.V.m.
