Simplify a bounded candidate without changing accepted behavior, then run affected proof and independent Review when it changes. Use for "Forge simplify", an explicit bounded simplification request through Forge, or the authorized post-Review delivery phase. Direct Simplify stops at its result and never starts QA or Ship.

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261019.7e38045, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
