Define product, experience, and contract intent using deliberate Project or Issue templates. Use for "Forge spec", asking Forge to specify or scope a feature, or a caller-selected Spec phase. Produces a proposal and boundary check; does not authorize Build, canonical Spec writes, or publication.

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261019.7e38045, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
