Set up Desk Studio in this project. Finds the brand in the project, writes .desk/DESIGN.md and .desk/project.json with the model tiers, and says what it found.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
Set up `.desk/` for this project.
1. Create `.desk/`, `.desk/out/`, `.desk/jobs/` in the project root if missing, and a `.desk/.gitignore` containing `jobs/`, `events.jsonl`, `dashboard.runtime.json`.
2. If `.desk/DESIGN.md` is missing, follow `${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/skills/desk/procedures/brand-from-project.md`. If `--brand` gives a colour or a URL, use that instead of asking.
3. If `.desk/project.json` is missing, write the defaults from the end of `${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/skills/desk/SKILL.md`, with `--quality` applied if given.
4. Tell the user in three lines: where the brand came from, the three tiers and their models, and that `/desk:design <ask>` is the next thing to type.

How to install
mdr add adityareddy-dev/deskstudio/init@sha256:da133cf49b13bb03The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261020.cbc9b24, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
