Per-ticket learning extraction agent. Spawned by /ds-implement-ticket Phase 6 clean exit. Reads the resolved findings_log and extracts durable fix-pattern LRN (bug-fix) learnings to .agentic/learnings.md. Emits LRN entries ONLY - KNW (knowledge) capture is learnings-agent's responsibility via mandatory triggers. Tier 1 leaf agent, 30s timeout, soft-fail. Does not touch MEMORY.md, decisions.md, AGENTS.md, or any source/config files.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

A finding's residual (the non-testable WHY) is still recorded as LRN
here; promotion to KNW, and any MEMORY.md append, is learnings-agent's
responsibility (1/event) - not this agent's, and not /ds-wrap's.
Public API: Spawn brief contract documented in "Reading your spawn prompt" below.
Required inputs: ticket_id, findings_log, merged_diff.
Returns a JSON object with fields: learnings_written[],
learning_ids[], skipped_reason, operator_summary. All IDs in
