That call presents no plan and asks for no approval, so pass the literal marker `superdev:routing-exit` as the OPENING of its `plan` argument (a one-line reason may follow it): the `ExitPlanMode` gate allows a call shaped that way and writes no approval sidecar. Without the marker an earlier plan of the same session standing at `VERDICT: FAIL` denies this call and the skill cannot start. # SuperSpec Write a specification document using the superspec template. Leverage the information gathered during the interview. A good specification is short enough that anyone can read it in one sitting, yet precise enough to be implemented without guesswork. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
