Messenger gateway architecture, session store, and the Telegram and Pachca adapter conventions.

# Messenger Gateway (`external/gateway`) Built with **`-tags gateway.telegram`** (Telegram only), **`-tags gateway.pachca`** (Pachca only) or **`-tags gateway`** (all adapters). How to install
