Render a per-project feature roadmap — a Band×Status grid (Shipped/Current/Next/Later × done/in-progress/blocked/buildable) synthesized from CLAUDE.md + PROGRESS.md, persisted to a committed ROADMAP.md with staleness-aware refresh. Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# /roadmap — Per-Project Feature Roadmap Grid Render a project's **feature roadmap** as a compact `Feature / Band / Status` table — where each feature sits across the version trajectory (the *Band*) and its one current state (the *Status*) — synthesized from the project's own docs and persisted to a committed `ROADMAP.md`. The version-plane counterpart to `/recap` (which orients *temporally* — what just happened) and to aria-atlas (the live *visual* session dashboard). `/roadmap` answers "where does each feature sit, and what's ready to build next?" ## Step 0: Resolve Mode Parse the first argument (case-insensitive): - `refresh` → **refresh mode** — force re-synthesis + rewrite without the staleness prompt. Consume an optional second argument as the project `<name>`. - any other token `<name>` → **project-named** — the `<name>:` tag in `projects_list`. - no argument → **project-nearest** — the current project (walk up from cwd). ### Resolver (verbatim from /recap) - **project-nearest** (no arg) → walk up from cwd to the nearest `CLAUDE.md`/`PROGRESS.md` (the same Step-1 resolver the other aria-knowledge skills use). How to install
mdr add mikeprasad/aria-knowledge/roadmap@sha256:7a39fa4108797c67The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260825.9257bd7, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
