Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Markdownlint Fix Skill This skill handles markdownlint warnings in a project by doing two things: 1. **Auto-fixing** issues in Markdown files where a code change is clean and correct 2. **Suppressing via config** rules that are stylistic, impractical to fix, or already correctly used --- ## Step 1: Discover the project Before doing anything, understand what's in the project: ```bash # Find all Markdown files find . -name "*.md" -not -path "*/node_modules/*" -not -path "*/.git/*" # Check if markdownlint config already exists ls -la .markdownlint* .vscode/settings.json 2>/dev/null || echo "No config found" ``` If no Markdown files are found, tell the user and stop. --- ## Step 2: Identify which warnings are present The user may have already listed them. If not, try to run markdownlint: ```bash # Try npx markdownlint-cli2 first, then markdownlint-cli npx --yes markdownlint-cli2 "**/*.md" 2>&1 | head -80 \ || npx --yes markdownlint "**/*.md" 2>&1 | head -80 ``` Parse the output to get a list of unique rule codes (e.g. MD033, MD041, MD045). --- ## Step 3: Apply the decision matrix For each rule, decide: **auto-fix the Markdown** or **suppress in config**. …
