Maintain a project-local Context knowledge workspace by checking registered repository and document sources, selecting the affected project scope, and handing lifecycle actions to the installed Context Skill. Customize the name, description, project facts, and impact map before using this template in a real project.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Maintain project knowledge Use this file as a project adapter, not as a copy of the Context workflow. Read the installed Context Skill first and treat its current Route, resources, and commands as authoritative. Keep only stable project facts and source-impact mappings here. ## Repository sources Same-repository docs and authored Skills registered in `repo-content.yaml` are not captured source copies. For original edits or registration use `context-repo-content`, without starting production. A separately requested knowledge update may select `repo-content:<id>`; compare cited document regions and entire cited Skill directories, including untracked additions. Inspecting or editing never advances the processed baseline. Keep historical real paths. Start with the current Context Route. If registered repository modules are missing or their local links are broken, follow the route-selected repository recovery procedure. Let the user choose an existing checkout, authorize a scan inside one bounded directory, or explicitly clone the registered pinned commit. How to install
mdr add context4ai/context/maintain-project-knowledge@sha256:de9549a641eea236The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261003.5165706, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
