Checks a confidential information memorandum against the data room and lists each claim the Documents don't support or contradict, with the claim and the evidence cited. Use when the User asks for red flags, a CIM review, or a check of what a memorandum claims against the underlying Documents.

# CIM red flags Check a confidential information memorandum (CIM) against the data room, and list the claims the underlying Documents don't support or contradict. ## Which Documents - The CIM is the document being checked. The data room is the evidence: management accounts, customer and supplier schedules, contracts, leases, asset registers, licences, legal updates and correspondence. - Use only the Documents in the Question's Search scope. If the Question names one CIM, check that one; if the scope holds several, check each in turn, saying which. - The CIM alone never supports its own claim: evidence has to come from another Document. ## Gather the material first Search the Documents before writing anything (search_documents searches only the Documents in the Question's Search scope): - Read the CIM's claims: growth, margins, customers and suppliers, pipeline, debt, assets, licences, litigation, key people, and anything it calls a strength or a target. - For each claim, search the data room for the Document that would support it, with the CIM's own figures and names and with the terms the data room would use. …

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
