## Purpose During Development

Use this skill when Codex and similar AI coding agents need to turn an idea, feature, workflow, screenshot, or design brief into a credible product design that feels specific, polished, and appropriate to the domain.

This is a reusable development-time reasoning framework. It is not runtime code and must not be coupled into the product being designed.

Turn references into decisions, decisions into reusable design recipes, and recipes into verified implementations. Choose the information architecture first, visual treatment second, and animation last.

- frontend implementation where visual quality, information architecture, or interaction design matters
