Answer finance and market-data questions with the You.com `you-finance` MCP tool: stock prices, tickers, earnings, company financials, and market trends, with payment-aware fallbacks for keyless hosts.

# You.com Finance Research Use this skill to answer finance-specific questions through the You.com `you-finance` MCP tool. ## Prerequisites The You.com finance MCP endpoint must be reachable from the host: - Server URL: `https://api.you.com/mcp/finance` - Auth: OAuth login into the server (preferred), `YDC_API_KEY` bearer auth, or an MPP/x402-aware MCP client. For bearer auth, configure the host MCP client to send the key from the standard `YDC_API_KEY` environment variable as a Bearer token. - Required tool: `you-finance` ## Workflow 1. Call the `you-finance` MCP tool with the finance question. It covers company financials, SEC filings, earnings, guidance, analyst context, and valuation comparisons. 2. `you-finance` supports You.com auth via `YDC_API_KEY` bearer auth, OAuth, or MCP payment-header pass-through. If the MCP client receives a `402 payment-required` challenge, let the client pay externally and retry with payment headers. Do not handle wallets or signing in this skill. …

How to install
