Tailor a resume to one specific job posting and produce an ATS-friendly, one-page PDF in Jake's LaTeX resume template, plus a report of which posting keywords were added (and where) and which were left out (and why). Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Resume Tailor One job posting in → one tailored, one-page resume (`.tex` + `.pdf`) + a keyword report. The point is to get the user an interview. That takes three things that pull against each other: 1. **Rank in ATS keyword searches.** Recruiters search and sort the applicant pool by the posting's terms. 2. **Win a ~7-second human scan.** Recruiters look at titles, companies, dates and education first, and they've learned to spot generated, keyword-stuffed resumes. 3. **Hold up in the interview.** Interviewers go line by line, and anything implausible costs the offer the keyword won. Most rules below balance these three. When a rule feels fussy, ask which of the three it protects. --- ## 0.
