# Compound Refresh ## Skill Value - **Problem it solves:** Old solution notes can mislead future agents when the codebase or workflow has changed. - **Use when:** The user asks to refresh, audit, sweep, consolidate, or clean stale docs/solutions learnings. - **Output:** A report of applied and recommended actions, with updated solution docs when safe. - **Ask only if:** Only for borderline stale/consolidation decisions, edits that need human confirmation, the broad-scope starting area, or the Phase 5 commit choice, in interactive mode. - **Do not do:** Do not delete or replace uncertain guidance without evidence. - **Interaction:** Check repo/config/chat evidence first. Ask one decision-changing question at a time; use the current harness's blocking question UI when available, otherwise present numbered choices and wait. ## Mode Detection Check if `$ARGUMENTS` contains `mode:autofix`. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
