Build seek-safe keyframe animation for the active iPollo Video timeline.

# HyperFrames Keyframes
Use this Skill for timeline-controlled keyframe animation.
1. Express animation from explicit timeline time or progress.
2. Define stable values before, during, and after each animated interval.
3. Avoid state that depends on prior frame execution.
4. Keep easing and overlap intentional and compatible with scene duration.
5. Verify direct seeking at key boundaries and the final frame.
The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260826.a3b9604, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
A 17 of 17 checks passed. Fixed automatic checks with no AI involved, so the same checks give the same answer every run.
