network-exposure-baseline from arcanada-one/datarim is an agent skill: a SKILL.md folder an AI agent loads when a task calls for it.
mdr add arcanada-one/datarim/network-exposure-baseline@git:20261004.8dfccd1Pins git:20261004.8dfccd1 in mdr.lock. Pin the fingerprint instead.

Allowlist/blocklist for network bind targets (compose ports, redis bind, postgres listen_addresses, systemd ListenStream); load before any port change.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Network Exposure Baseline ## When To Use Load THIS skill before any change that touches: `docker-compose` ports / expose; `redis.conf` bind / protected-mode; `postgresql.conf` listen_addresses; systemd `.socket` ListenStream; a bare network listener (a runtime bind argument such as `host=0.0.0.0`); firewall / UFW rules. NOT for: purely internal refactoring with no networking change; purely application-logic work. ## Why It Matters (founding principle) Public-by-default = breach-by-default. Background: in a prior incident in the ecosystem, Redis 7.x listened on `0.0.0.0:6379` without auth and Postgres ran with `listen_addresses='*'` and the default password — both were reachable from the public internet, which led to an abuse report from the regulator. Root cause: docker compose default-binds to `0.0.0.0` and there was no CI/CD gate. The goal of this baseline: make a restricted bind the default; public exposure is opt-in with a justification and a TTL. ## Tier Model (canonical) | Tier | Bind targets | Justification | Example | |---|---|---|---| | Tier 0 | unix socket / no port published | not required | `/run/redis/redis.sock` | …

How to install
mdr add arcanada-one/datarim/network-exposure-baseline@sha256:3d01b26bb151eab2The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261004.8dfccd1, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
