This file is byte-identical to the first copy the registry indexed. Same content hash, so the same checks give both the same grade.
worktree-agent-isolation from arasz/ai-badger is an agent skill: a SKILL.md folder an AI agent loads when a task calls for it.
mdr add arasz/ai-badger/worktree-agent-isolation@v1.0.0Pins v1.0.0 in mdr.lock. Pin the fingerprint instead.

Use when running multiple agents in parallel, or when the user says 'worktrees only', 'agent isolation', 'parallel workstreams', or 'don't touch main': give each agent its own git worktree branched from origin/main (fetch first), integrate via GitHub PRs, keep the main checkout read-only, and avoid shared obj/ races and file-modification conflicts.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Worktree Agent Isolation Run N independent coding agents in parallel, each in its own git worktree, with zero file conflicts. Integrate via GitHub PRs — the main checkout is read-only. ## Why Two agents in the same directory cause: - **Build failures:** Shared `obj/` directories cause MSB3492 or "Building target completely" errors. Workaround is `rm -rf obj/` but it is destructive and racy. - **File modification races:** One agent patches stale content. - **Test corruption:** Process-global state (env vars, temp dirs) interferes. ## When to Use - User says "worktrees only", "don't touch main", "agent isolation" - Multiple independent tasks can run in parallel - Another agent/session is using the main checkout - User wants to see draft PRs for in-flight work visibility ## Setup ```bash # Fetch latest main first — ensures worktrees branch from the true HEAD git fetch origin main # Create N worktrees from origin/main (not local main, which may be behind) git worktree add ../project-task-a -b task/<id>-<slug> origin/main git worktree add ../project-task-b -b task/<id>-<slug> origin/main ``` Each worktree gets its own branch, own working directory, own build artifacts. …

How to install
mdr add arasz/ai-badger/worktree-agent-isolation@sha256:d9672dd349b9985bThe line at the top of this page pins the label v1.0.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
