Implement the HEARTBEAT.md pattern for proactive agent behavior. Agents check for updates, run scheduled tasks, and act without user prompting.
## Pattern (From OpenClaw/NanoClaw)
Each agent has a `HEARTBEAT.md` file that defines scheduled tasks:

If HEARTBEAT.md is empty or missing, no heartbeat fires (saves API costs).

How to install
mdr add naman10parikh/wikimem/heartbeat@sha256:239f036d30690fb0The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260526.e594bbf, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
