scaffold SKILL.md skillA
scaffold from openehr/ai-plugins is an agent skill: a SKILL.md folder an AI agent loads when a task calls for it.
mdr add openehr/ai-plugins/scaffold@git:20261009.bef1673Pins git:20261009.bef1673 in mdr.lock. Pin the fingerprint instead.

Initialise a specification repository, or bring an existing one up to the current standard file set (AGENTS.md, .claude settings, manifest.json, .gitignore, LICENSE, README, and in a new repository a computable/BMM schema).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
Install or upgrade the standard file set in the repository at the current directory: a
`specifications-XX` repo, or a new empty one. `$ARGUMENTS` may name the component. The file set, its
variables and its revision history are in `${CLAUDE_SKILL_DIR}/assets/template-set.json`;
`${CLAUDE_SKILL_DIR}/scripts/scaffold.py` (Python 3.8+, standard library only) performs the file
operations. Let the script write the managed files; edit by hand only in the cases that steps 3 and 5
name. If `python3` is missing, say so and stop. In a tool that does not expand `${CLAUDE_SKILL_DIR}`,
use the directory that holds this SKILL.md.
The set covers AsciiDoc specification repos, with an optional BMM schema. In an OpenAPI repo such as
`specifications-ITS-REST`, pin `agents`, `claude-md` and `asciidoctorconfig` (step 4): they are
AsciiDoc-specific. The script never offers a BMM schema to the ITS-XML, ITS-BMM, ITS-JSON and
ITS-REST repos, which hold no model of their own, and rejects a `bmm_schema_id` there. Pin `bmm` in
any other new repo that has no model.
The root README is `README.md`. A `README.adoc` in its place is planned as `convert` and rewritten as
…Read the whole file at its exact version.
How to install
mdr add openehr/ai-plugins/scaffold@sha256:2ad2beccab3f1f6cThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261009.bef1673, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
