OPS on-demand: This skill should be used when the user asks to "/ops:flow", "dev lifecycle", or "where….
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

## Agent Teams support
If `CLAUDE_CODE_EXPERIMENTAL_AGENT_TEAMS=1` is set, use **Agent Teams** when a
lifecycle stage fans out into parallel, coordinated work (e.g. build + test +
review running together, or a multi-repo ship). This enables:
- Stage agents share context mid-flight (the test agent surfaces a regression →
the build agent pivots before review starts)
- You can steer priorities in real time ("land the API change first, then docs")
- Agents report progress as each stage completes, so you sequence the merge
**Team setup** (only when the flag is enabled, and only for genuinely parallel stages):

Steer with `SendMessage` / `broadcast`; share work via `TaskCreate`/`TaskUpdate`.
If the flag is NOT set, fall back to standard fire-and-forget subagents (the
default), or just route the stage to its single canonical command inline.

How to install
mdr add lifecycle-innovations-limited/claude-ops/flow@sha256:a761ba6be3292189The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260824.4ac5ee4, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
