Run a medium or large request on the main thread: parallel research, interview, build in slices, oracle review.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # ac:flow The default build flow for a request the working rules sized M or L. You stay on the main thread: research runs on cheap subagents, the user settles what only they can, you build (L: through tiered workers), and one `ac:oracle` reviews the result. No plan file is written. `/ac:plan` and `/ac:coordinate` start only when the user asks for them. ## Standing rules These hold for the whole run and sit before the procedure so a compaction keeps them. - Sizes are the working rules' S, M and L. Between two sizes take the larger; when research changes the picture, resize and say so in one line. - Spend. Research runs on `ac:explore` (this repository) and `ac:librarian` (anything external), building on `ac:plan-worker-*`, review on `ac:oracle`. Never `general-purpose`: it inherits this session's model and effort, which makes it the costliest way to run a slice. - One message per fan-out. How to install
mdr add anilcancakir/claude-code/flow@sha256:ade5f1ba96005064The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261101.f934ce3, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
