# cap ## Inferred LSP plans and question-shaped helpers `lsp_sql.plan(outlines, targets)` asks the host to infer the configured server and root from explicit workspace-relative sources. All sources must agree; `Plan` retains explicit owner assertions. The SQL schema is carried in query documentation, including `path` columns and the quoted `references` table. Function examples remain in on-demand capability documentation. `report.list` accepts structured values, so strings are mapped through `report.string`. One question is asked with one expression. `target`/`target_at` build a reference seed, `collect_files`/`collect_seeds` capture without hand-building a `Plan`, and `query_text`, `query_one` and `references` answer without a `RowDecoder` — `references` running the `targets`-join-`"references"` statement the module doc already advertised, into the typed `Reference`. They are thin compositions over the same `lsp.snapshot` call and the same satellite-local SQL, so no budget moves: an over-limit statement is still refused rather than truncated, and `query_text`'s doc says which of the coverage it does not carry. …

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
