Retrieve relevant durable HYPERFIDE memories or save verified knowledge useful to future threads.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# HYPERFIDE memory
This plugin is provider-independent. When diagnosing duplicate or conflicting
memories, check whether provider-native memory is also enabled; recommend
turning it off under Settings → Providers.
The memory plugin automatically injects a compact index of global memories and
memories for the current HYPERFIDE project. The index contains summaries only.
Settings → Memory lists every memory for the user to edit or delete.

## Retrieve progressively
When a memory summary may be relevant, inspect it instead of guessing:
1. Search with `Hyperfide memory search "<query>" --scope all --json`.
2. Read the selected record with `Hyperfide memory get <id> --scope all --json`.
3. Treat remembered facts as potentially stale. Verify drift-prone facts when
doing so is cheap or consequential.

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261031.fc5ea53, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
