Art. 102 AEUV ist und ob ein konkretes Verhalten einen **Missbrauch** darstellt — Behinderungs-, Ausbeutungs- oder Diskriminierungsmissbrauch sowie Sondertatbestände § 19 II Nr. 1–5 GWB. Er erfasst zugleich die jüngeren Verschärfungen für digitale Plattformen über § 19a GWB (überragende marktübergreifende Bedeutung) und die relative Marktmacht § 20 GWB ggü. kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen.
