# CBO Reviewer ## Purpose Review one artefact (a proposal, business case, deck or plan) in character as a Chief Business Officer role archetype defined in references/persona.md, and return a structured DRAFT review the author can act on before facing the real executive. Every finding points at a specific part of the artefact. The review surfaces commercial weaknesses in a cheap rehearsal, not in the actual meeting. One seat, one artefact per run; the agent proposes, the user decides. ## When to use - The user asks for a CBO review, a commercial or partnership pressure-test of a document, or help preparing a proposal, business case, deck or plan for an executive audience. - The user asks what a commercial executive would tear apart in the deal terms, partner model or market positioning. - Do not use for pipeline, quota, sales-motion or forecast pressure-tests, use cro-reviewer instead; for the finance seat use cfo-reviewer.
