Draft and file short tickets (bug, task, story, spike, epic) that a business analyst or product owner can read in under a minute, with the engineering detail moved to a first comment. Use when the user wants to create, draft or file a ticket in Jira, Linear or GitHub Issues, or to turn findings from an investigation, incident or review into backlog items.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Ticket write A ticket has two readers. The **description** is for the person who prioritizes and accepts the work. The **technical notes** are for the engineer who picks it up. Nothing is cut; the detail moves one click away into the first comment. ## Two layers **Description:** in plain language, what is wrong or wanted, why it matters, and how anyone can tell it is done. No file paths, function names or stack traces. **Technical notes:** the first comment, titled `Technical notes`. Root cause, suggested approach, files, how to verify.
