Lists what a human should check after a build: the builder's assumptions, spec deviations, workarounds and judgment calls. Read-only. pr-describe runs it for every PR; run it by hand for an earlier look. Use when asked what decisions were made, what to check, or what needs attention on a finished build.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# decision-review `feature-build` runs unsupervised across many tasks. Each `builder` dispatch reports back "any decision the plan left implicit that it had to make," and the loop logs those to `DECISION-LOG.md` (see that skill's step 6). In a fully autonomous run, the PR is the one checkpoint guaranteed to get a human look, so `pr-describe` always invokes this skill while writing that PR — nobody has to remember to trigger a separate review step. This skill doesn't decide anything itself; it decides what's worth *the user's* attention and hands back a short, ranked list. ## Scope - IN: read `DECISION-LOG.md`, `BUILD-LOG.md`, and the feature's diff since it branched from trunk; surface the subset worth a human's eyes; rank them. - OUT: fixing anything (no `Edit`/`Write` needed — this is a report), gating a commit (that's `reviewer`'s job, already done per task inside the loop), writing the PR description (that's `pr-describe` — hand this skill's output to its "Special things to note" section instead of duplicating the digest in a second file). ## Preflight 1. Resolve the plan folder: the path given in the argument; else match the current …

How to install
mdr add mattbrailsford/umbraco-devkit/decision-review@sha256:3e66cbf59760700cThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261019.ca450f6, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
