Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# California Discovery — Procedural Reference This skill covers the **matter-neutral procedural framework** for discovery under the California Civil Discovery Act (Code Civ. Proc., §§ 2016.010 et seq.). For subject-matter-specific request banks (e.g., debt-buyer chain-of-title RFPs), compose with the relevant subject-matter skill. > **NOT LEGAL ADVICE.** Verify each statute and the applicable local > rules before drafting. ## Discovery scope — CCP § 2017.010 The scope of civil discovery in California: > "Unless otherwise limited by order of the court... any party may > obtain discovery regarding any matter, not privileged, that is > relevant to the subject matter involved in the pending action... > if the matter either is itself admissible in evidence or appears > reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible > evidence." > (Code Civ. How to install
mdr add codearranger/claude-legal/ca-discovery@sha256:82a965ec48cc6ac9The line at the top of this page pins the label v0.1.1, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
