# Job description drafter ## Purpose Turn one role brief plus team context into one DRAFT job description built on the user's template. Every responsibility and requirement traces to the brief, the template, an existing job description the user supplied, or the user's own words. The draft uses inclusive language, separates essential from desirable requirements, and ends with the decisions only the hiring manager can make. The agent drafts; the hiring manager and the people team decide what is posted. ## When to use - The user asks to write, draft or refresh a job description, job ad, role profile, vacancy notice or posting. - The user has notes, a meeting summary or an old job description and wants a postable, inclusive draft aligned to the template. - Not for offer letters, contracts, pay or grade decisions, job evaluation, performance documents, or deciding whether a vacancy may be opened. - Do not use for interview questions, anchors or a scorecard, use interview-scorecard-builder instead; for a 30-60-90 day plan, use onboarding-plan-builder. ## Inputs …
