Verträge mit festen Monatsbeträgen oder Stundenkontingenten „rutschen" dadurch aus der Geringfügigkeit oder unter den Mindestlohn, ohne dass jemand den Vertrag ändert. Gleichzeitig hat der Gesetzgeber zum 01.01.2026 die Weiterbeschäftigung nach der Regelaltersgrenze steuerlich (Aktivrente) und befristungsrechtlich (§ 41 Abs. 2 SGB VI) erleichtert.
