GitHub 호스티드 러너의 결제·사용량·쿼터·장애 문제로 CI가 막혔을 때, 기존 워크플로를 복제하지 않고 Docker self-hosted runner에서 실행하도록 돕는다. "CI를 로컬에서 돌리자", "self-hosted runner", "act로 돌릴까", "CI가 멈췄는데 머지·배포는?" 또는 CI 스텝을 로컬 스크립트로 옮기자는 제안에도 사용한다. PR·배포 게이트 복구와 로컬 실행 목적을 구분해 runner 또는 act를 선택한다.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
