# /onboard — The Agency Onboarding
Interactive onboarding that runs INSIDE Claude Code. Introduces the system,
verifies the installation, enables skills as slash commands, connects MCP
servers and CLI tools, creates a first project, and runs a guided demo.
Prerequisite: `agency init` or `./install.sh` has already been run (skills and
agents are in `~/.claude/`). If not, tell the user to run it first.

How to install
mdr add tekkiiiii/the-agency/onboard@sha256:1f3082c78de618a4The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261009.e24f09d, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
