# Service catalogue entry ## Purpose Read the service team's inputs and produce one draft service catalogue entry: what the service is and for whom, what is in and out of scope, who owns and supports it, the service levels exactly as the team provided them, how a user requests it and gets help, and its dependencies, charging and lifecycle status. Every field traces to an input; a field the inputs do not cover reads UNKNOWN and becomes a question for the service team. The agent drafts; the service owner approves and the catalogue administrator publishes.
