This skill runs the full Reaper research pipeline. You use it with a research goal and an optional paper.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Reaper Research Pipeline You must read and apply the [language rules](references/language.md) before you write any output. ## Usage You invoke this skill by name with a quoted research goal. You can add a paper path and `--codex`. Slash-command hosts use `/reaper "..."`. ``` reaper "explore the feasibility of post-quantum threshold signatures" reaper "determine if the security proof in Section 4 holds under asynchrony" path/to/paper.pdf reaper "determine if the security proof in Section 4 holds under asynchrony" path/to/paper.pdf --codex ``` The research goal is required. An additional path to an existing PDF or text file identifies the paper. The `--codex` flag enables optional Codex reviews across the pipeline. You follow `references/codex-consultation.md` for that protocol. Codex review requires an MCP host and a registered Codex MCP server. Hosts without MCP skip those reviews. You pass `--codex` context to each skill when the flag is present. Each skill uses its specified review point and a shared session ID. ## Peer Skills The dependency table lists all required skills. If a skill is missing, you ask the user to run `npx skills add SebastianElvis/reaper`. …

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
