Research and write the concept-zero high-level design for a project.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
## OBJECTIVE Create or update `docs/context/concept-zero.md`, the canonical concept-level HLD for a new or existing project. `docs/architecture.md` and `docs/roadmap.md` should be derived from this document by `arch-roadmap`, not invented in parallel. The concept HLD answers: - what problem is being solved; - for whom; - what success and unacceptable failure look like; - what the system must and must not do; - which existing products, OSS projects, standards, papers, protocols, managed services, and reference implementations already cover the problem; - which concept is selected and why; - what remains uncertain before detailed architecture; - what credible path exists to real production use. Do not write source code, detailed schemas, endpoint-by-endpoint APIs, migration files, UI mockups, or task-level implementation plans. Capture the concept, the evidence, and the decision. ## Modes - `boot-concept check`: read-only inventory of existing context, evidence gaps, contradictions, and whether a credible concept HLD can be written. …

How to install
mdr add lyther/agent-surface/boot-concept@sha256:d0b54edd40f83d4aThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260806.146d8e8, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
