Convert a concept-zero HLD into a comprehensive architecture and executable roadmap.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. ## OBJECTIVE Produce or update: - `docs/architecture.md` - `docs/roadmap.md` Use the concept HLD as the source of truth. The normal input is `docs/context/concept-zero.md`; if the project has an established equivalent, use it only when its title, metadata, and content clearly describe the project concept, goals, constraints, evidence, and selected HLD. This command does not implement code, create migrations, invent production claims, or replace missing concept work with architecture guesses. If the HLD is missing or too weak, write a short `RESEARCH_REQUIRED` result that explains what `boot-concept` must resolve before architecture and roadmap can be trusted. ## Decision Standard Act as a principal architect turning an evidence-backed concept into the project blueprint. The architecture should define the system thoroughly enough that implementers do not need to invent boundaries, contracts, file ownership, deployment shape, or quality gates while coding. The roadmap should break that architecture into detailed, ordered, checkable work. …

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
