Selects and applies one of 9 prioritization frameworks (Opportunity Score, ICE, RICE, Eisenhower, Impact vs Effort, Risk vs Reward, Kano, Weighted Decision Matrix, MoSCoW) with a PMM interpretation layer and GTM launch tier output (T1–T4). Use when ranking initiatives, triaging a launch backlog, or deciding how much GTM weight something deserves.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Prioritization-Frameworks — Skill ## How This Works Prioritization frameworks are decision tools, not prescriptions. Your job is to pick the right one for the question, apply it with integrity, and translate the output into a tier recommendation (T1–T4) that drives GTM resource allocation. The skill runs in 7 core steps: **Step 0** — Load brain context (ICP, alternatives & positioning) and guardrails from `/context/meta-patterns.md`, if it exists (e.g., "frameworks without customer confidence >7 have led to prior T1 overstatements" — an example pattern shape, not a claim already observed). **Step 1** — Intake: Understand what you're deciding (launch tier? roadmap backlog? strategic choice?) and what signals you have. **Step 2** — Framework selection: Based on decision type and available data, recommend the right framework(s). **Step 3** — Scoring: Run the framework, surface Confidence weaknesses, apply Quality Gates. **Step 4** — Tier translation: Convert framework output to T1–T4 with one-sentence rationale. **Step 5** — Audit & recommendation: Pressure-test the tier assignment; deliver go/no-go on tier or recommend additional validation. …

How to install
mdr add stefanoskarakasis/product-marketing-skills/prioritization-frameworks@sha256:bea8e6bc37d2f9e6The line at the top of this page pins the label v3.1.1, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
