Manage and operate an existing Agent App — inspect, launch, restart, use its data/operations, take work the app queues for you, and diagnose issues. Load for data work and diagnosis on a running app. No code changes.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Operator Operate and manage an existing Agent App. **Never edit code here** — if a request needs code changes, that's the modify skill. ## Inventory - Across apps: `agent-app list` — every known Agent App with its path, port, and status (`running` / `stopped` / `missing`), probed live rather than remembered. Commands accept a registered app id or name wherever they accept a directory. - Per project (the adapter’s app part): `manifest.json` (id, name, `authMode`, port, pipeline, and the app’s **modules**), `AGENT_APP.md` (what it does), `operations.json` (its declared operations, each with a module and typed params). - Identity: `a2app <dir> identity` — confirm `app.id` is the app you intend before writing, and cache the app's self-description (`describe`) against its `schemaVersion`, re-fetching when it changes. Never write against a stale schema. ## Lifecycle - `agent-app <dir> validate`, then `agent-app <dir> serve` to launch (it runs the manifest `pipeline` and polls `health`) and `agent-app <dir> stop` to shut it down. Never start a server by hand. - `agent-app <dir> open` shows a RUNNING app to the user; `serve --open` does both. …

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
