Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Account Plan

実行者の担当、組織、社内規定、利用可能な予算に沿ってアカウント計画を作る。一般論を先に当てはめず、組織内の根拠を取得してから計画する。

## Workflow

### Step 1: 必要な前提を確認する

選択済みコンテキストと依頼文から、対象期間、対象アカウント、販売する製品・サービス、通貨、予算、期待成果、利用可能な社内ソースを抽出する。
計画を左右する不足があれば `AskUserQuestion` で一度にまとめて確認する。詳細は `references/discovery.md` に従う。

### Step 2: 組織の正解を調査する

社内検索、SharePoint、OneDriveからアカウント計画の規定、評価基準、承認経路、最新テンプレートを探す。Teamsチャット、議事録、Outlookメール・予定表から今回の予算、顧客接点、コミットメント、制約を確認する。
過去の計画から、成功と確認できる根拠がある類似事例だけを抽出する。詳細は `references/context-research.md` に従う。

### Step 3: ゴール、KPI、配分案を設計する

規定と実績を根拠に、期間ゴール、先行・遅行KPI、基準値、目標値、測定元、担当役割を定義する。ゴールをアカウント、製品・サービス、期間別の実行ステップへ分解し、予算を配分する。
配分合計を元予算と照合し、未配分、超過、依存関係、リスク、代替案を示す。詳細は `references/planning-method.md` を使う。

### Step 4: 確認を取り、HTMLを生成する

計画の前提、未確認事項、KPI、配分案をプレビューし、重要な仮定が残る場合は `AskUserQuestion` で確認する。
確認後、`references/plan-schema.example.json` の項目に沿って計画データを整理し、**必ず `catalog:interactive-report` を呼び出す**。概要、ゴール、KPI、予算配分、実行ロードマップ、リスク、未確認事項、出典を渡し、`references/report-requirements.md` の画面要件を満たす自己完結型HTMLを `output/account-plan.html` に生成する。

Account Plan自身でHTML、CSS、JavaScriptを組み立てたり、独自のHTML生成スクリプトへ代替したりしない。`catalog:interactive-report` を利用できない場合はHTMLを独自生成せず、計画データをMarkdownで提示して、レポート生成が未完了であることを明記する。

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260902.f4f4587, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
