Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Session Prep 登壇、講演、ウェビナー、デモセッションの準備を支援する。氏名や所属などが必要な場合は、利用者の入力または確認済みプロフィールから取得する。 ## Workflow ### Step 1: 組織の前提と成功パターンを確認する 社内検索、SharePoint、OneDriveから登壇規定、ブランド・公開審査、指定テンプレートを確認する。Teams議事録、チャット、Outlook、過去資料から、同じテーマ・聴衆・形式の登壇を探す。反応、アンケート、目標達成など結果を確認できるものだけを成功例として扱い、構成と判断基準を一般化する。 実行者の役割、組織の方向性、対象期間、聴衆、ゴール、KPIを確認する。不足事項はまとめて確認する。組織の規定や成功事例を取得できない場合は推測せず、利用者に代替資料の指定または利用可能な情報だけで進めるかを確認する。 ### Step 2: 依頼内容を把握する 依頼元のTeamsチャットまたはメールから、主催者、依頼者、日時、会場、割当時間、対象者、求められた成果物、返信期限を抽出する。人物と連絡先は利用可能なプロフィール検索で確認し、メールアドレスを推測しない。 ### Step 3: 元資料を収集する 添付資料や過去資料を取得し、内容、数値、出典、再利用条件を確認する。PPTXの本文、表、ノートは `scripts/extract-deck-text.py` で抽出できる。取得できない資料を存在するものとして扱わない。 ### Step 4: シナリオとコアメッセージを合意する 資料生成より前に、核となるメッセージを1つ、分単位のストーリー構成、デモの位置、聴衆に持ち帰ってほしいことを提示する。利用者の要望を反映し、合意してから台本へ進む。 ### Step 5: タイトル案を作る 既定で5案を提示し、推奨案を先頭に置く。聴衆、テーマ、期待する変化が伝わる表現にし、確認できない実績や誇張表現を使わない。 ### Step 6: 台本を作る `references/session-script-template.md` を使い、メタ情報、核メッセージ、分単位タイムライン、パート別トーク、デモ手順、事前準備、会場メモ、割愛優先度、出典を含むMarkdownを作る。各パートの時間と合計時間を検算する。 ### Step 7: スライドへ連携する 合意済み台本を、利用可能なプレゼンテーション生成機能へ渡す。このスキル単独ではPPTXを直接生成しない。 ### Step 8: 主催者への返信を下書きする 求められたタイトル、プロフィール、写真、提出物を整理して既存スレッドへの返信または新規メールを下書きする。送信は利用者の明示指示があるまで行わない。 …
